My bta's split again. Parallel to this, I think it's time to split my 25g Kent tank in due course. I can't deal with 3 quadricolor monkeys in one tank ☣️
I now have a brand new hydra filtron 1500 external pump, which brakes down phosphates and nitrogen elements using electrolysis. It Will be a shame not to use it.
The idea is to have a paired banggai cardinals which I have reserved at my lfs with urchin in Kent tank, move anemones and black clowns to fluvial edge and move a small/tiny collection of lps corals and cool inverts to a pico tank. All of this is intended to be connected to the filtron pump via a DIY sump... Which will be housing media and ugly hermits and some macro algae. We'll see how it goes..

I would get rid of the splits each time from now on. I keep 2 myself but only 2. Sell any splits on to others in the hobby. They fast multiply when you have 3 or more.

Form or function: Do you consider your rock work to be art or the platform for your coral?
