Tiny little blue hippo tang

I'm pretty sure if I can keep a sohol tang, blonde Naso tang, vlamingii tang, raccoon butterfly, copper band butterfly, emperor angelfish all alive I'm pretty sure I can keep a blue tang alive

Just a feeling based on my experience trying to raise tiny hippo tang. I guess my post does come across different than it sounded in my head. I do wish best of luck. Just hoping you're prepared, it's east to foul a tank that size just getting the little guy enough food, as often as he will need...

It's only in this tank cause of how small it is once it gets bigger I'm gonna move it but it won't last long if I put it with the other tangs or if I let it out with the clownfish. I have a 40 gallon breeder that I'll put it in but it ain't cycled just yet so this is where it's gonna sit until it gets big enough to go with the tangs or the 40 gallon gets cycled and it'll go in there by itself

My biggest issue with them, at this size, has been feeding often enough without compromising water quality. They are ich and hlle prone, and amongst the most timid tang... beautiful fish though

Thank you for the heads up. This is my first hippo tang. So far I've fed it some flakes and brine shrimp and it ate them fine. I want it out of the breeder box but I watched my clownfish bite the tail of my yellow coris wrasse and sling it to the center of the tank

Box the clown so he can settle in?
