Tiny white creatures ID

I have a lot of these tiny white things on my glass. It doesnt look like pods. They seem stationary. Can I get an ID please?

Hydroid Jelly, pretty common in newer tanks or established tanks that have add more rock.

Thanks! Should I try to get rid of them or are they beneficial in anyway?

They will all die off on their own, no intervention is needed.
