Hello all,

I have a few frags that are losing tissue at the tips. My alk and calcium has been pretty solid for the past several after implementing a bubble magus. Alk is between 7-7.5, calcium 440-450, no3 is a little higher than I want at 25ppm and po4 hangs around .03. Ive tested for stray voltage, small water changes once a week. The only changes have been my gyre has been in and out of service but my rw25 had been plenty in my 75g.

Definitely stn and only affecting a few pieces but I certainly don't want to lose anything. All frags have been in the tank for at least 4 months and these two in particular 6 months.

Have you recently replenished GFO or GAC? Sometimes adding/changing GAC or GFO will cause STN.

Unfortunately I haven't, i only use a small amount of GAC that gets changed out monthly but i haven't changed it in a few weeks. So far it seems like the tissue loss has stopped or at least slowed so I am thankful for that.
