Dr. Reefs Quarantined Fish
I feel your pain. I struggled with my Apex at first but most of my issues were self inflicted. There is a special forum on Reef2reef dedicated to Neptune debugging. Try moving this thread there and you should get some attention. BTW, I haven't had any issues with mine in many months now though I have a feeling your problem is more involved than mine were.
