Straight-up what is the correct dosing ratio for TM's 3 Part:

1:1:1 ?

Yes you dose equal amounts of each part, but do dose them 15 minutes apart.

You can make A and C 2X the recommended concentration, and if you cook B to convert it to Sodium carbonate, you can make it 2X as well

Baked B will be roughly 1.6 times more potent per weight.
So to double the KH of the solution, you'll need to add 106 gram/L.

You could go further:
262 gram/L part A (or any food grade Calcium Chloride dihydrate)
189 gram/L sodium carbonate (baked part B)
85.6 gram/L part C

My recipe is more potent than TM Balling. If you dilute the sodium hydroxide you can match potency.
