I always use fresh not sure but I have read that you.lose the nutritional value when it is frozen.

Seen a few people say that around....wanna call BS on it.
Yall are thinking about plants...thats totally true for veg.
Meats, seafood it's not.

“Frozen fish is not inferior, nutritionally speaking,” says Aliza Green, a Philadelphia-based chef and author of “The Fishmonger’s Apprentice: The Expert’s Guide to Selecting, Preparing, and Cooking a World of Seafood, Taught by the Masters.”

“Freezing meat and poultry does not affect the nutritional value,” says CiCi Williamson, a food safety expert with the USDA meat and poultry hotline. https://www.washingtonpost.com/life...9dca24-488c-11e2-b6f0-e851e741d196_story.html

Thought will say if you wanna feed fresh fresh go for it :)
