Toadstool and kenya tree not opening. How can i fix?

Sal: 1.026 Alk: 9.3 Cal: 375 Mag: 1140 Am/Ni/Na: untraceable Temp: 24.9-25.2°

As you can see my zoas, xenia and gorgonian are all open but my toadstool and kenya tree is not.
The kenya tree is a few months old and has never looked to good but would extend mildly and my toadstool has been in a week, with its polyps opening a bit for the first few days and now not at all.

Tried them both around different parts of the tank in different areas of flow and lighting but no luck. (unable to read par).
Have one jeboa wavemaker on the right on the tank.
Thinking it may be a nutrient issue but i have a huge algae field which is soaking it up.
Please offer some advice

What's your nitrate and phosphate? Magnesium is a bit low however I'm not sure if it's low enough to cause problems.

Eta: just saw you say untraceable. What kits are you using?

If your nitrate and phosphate is 0, its likely they are starving. I'd double check your parameters with a lfs that doesn't use api.
If confirmed 0 nitrate and phosphate, look into dosing.

Yes, you can also reduce water changes if you're doing a lot of them. Just make sure your other parameters don't get low.

i water change every 3-4 weeks and i’m dosing all-for-reef

Toadstools love flow, and seeing the toadstool besides zoa's makes me think it is a very low flow spot, its not a good position for the toadstool, move it up higher into the light and higher flow patterns. As mentioned, the nutrients are also very low.

I would dose N03 and P04. To me over feeding is too hard to adjust properly.

I had a told stool and Kenya which behaved the same way. Give it more time, move them half way up. Leave them alone. They not like to be moved. Patienc.e
My toadstool grew ro a 12” top and overtook my old 32 BioCube.

I dosed NeoNitro and NeoPhos to get my nutrients back up, I never had luck feeding more.

Im thinking your tank is too clean. The toadstool is temperamental at best, at least mine is. Pouts when i change anything for a day or 2, then opens. Then i change something else and another hissy fit. The kenya trees, i had the best success in the old swamp tank. Literally straight well water, no rodi, no waterchanges and the kenya trees were 100ft tall and dropped a brach a day. When i tore it down i must have had 60 of them. With i kid you not, 1inch thick "trunks". And the gsps they had tentacles that were an inch long. Nothing else survided that neglect.

Moved spot and pointed more current at it. Doing much better
