Added a toadstool coral to my tank over a week ago, since then it shrunk, does not extend much and I’m not sure but I think some parts have been dying.
Water parameters are:
pH 8,2
KH 8
Nh3/nh4 0
No3 15
No2 0,2
I would like to know if I should worry and take action or just wait.
I wanted to add a picture of the affected part but I don’t know how to add one. Maybe someone can tell me how to upload one because I think it would help

Look up toadstool shedding and see if that is what it is doing. How old is your tank?
I don’t know if you can see it clearly but it looks like a part is missing in the front

So far the part that is „injured“ did not get worse, nor did it resolve. Some parts fully extend others don’t. It’s is not as large as it one was. And I did not observe any nudibranches
