Toadstool coral in 32.5 gallon?

Was maybe thinking about getting a toadstool coral for my tank.
2 conchs
1 pincushion urchin
1 pencil urchin
snails
1 clown
2 pjs
1 ywg
would that work or could I put one in my other tank that is about 15 gallons with a single clownfish?

Yep. Eventually you will need to frag it, but that will be the case with almost any coral.

Ok, any weird lighting? I kinda have A generic one and I need to get another flow.

They tolerate most lighting really. t5s, leds, make sure it is at least for reefs though.

This is what i have right now, i was also thinking about getting some green star polyps, would those be good with this lighting?

It's probably fine for a toadstool & GSP, but anything beyond starter corals and you're going to need something more powerful. If you want a cheap way to add some more light, check out the LED bars from Aliexpress.com - I usually search for poplargrow or 470nm.

For now that will be fine, but you will want to upgrade the lights. There are lots of options for smaller tanks.
