Toadstool frags

So fragged my toadstool leather and some of the polyps are becoming brown on the frags instead of the normal green. Does this mean they are going to die?

Add some chemipure blue to tank
You want to cut these outside of tank. Like toxins called terpenes were released and chemipure will remove them
