Toadstool not fully extending

So i have a 20 gallon and i have a ton of coral mostly toadstools and i noticed my favorite ones with long polyps extend but not fully and the polyps never open im thinking its my lighting because i had other toadstools in this tank and moved them to my 75 gallon with redsea lights and they immediately opened up after not ever opening in my 20 with amazon lights the ones everyone gets theyre like 60 bucks is this whats happening my lighting isnt sufficient enough

Possibly. I tried some nicrews and didnt like them. No intensity setting on the ones i had.
