ToadStool shedding or dying?

Parameters are good and it is placed mid tank and high flow. Still stiff to the touch and no foul smell. It has been like this for about 4 days and seems to be getting worse.

they like some flow but not too much. try placing it in lower flow. 4 days isn't that long for leathers to do this, but I would move it. of course moving it isn't going to make it happy either.
 
Try couple squirts using Turkey baster. Our Toadstool likes indirect flow.
