Toadstool won’t fully open

I have had this huge beautiful toadstool for three weeks now and he is almost fully open but the polyps at the end won’t fully open into that flower shape. Am I doing something wrong?

Probably looking at it from the wrong angle?

Newly transplanted leather coral can take awhile before they settle into the new situation and open completely. They grow into a spot and make their own decisions about how to hold themselves upright.

Edit- and this one looks pretty good atm.

Does this look like a regular toadstool or wiping willow?
