Toadstools! And duncans?

Are toadstools that bad when it comes to toxins? Iv had that duncan growing for over a a year but it was next to 2 toadstools. Noticed brown jelly on the heads. And receding, also previously next to that area. A hammer, octo, also dead bailed out. Next to the toadstool. Thats only next to that area. The left side is completely fine filled with torches etc. im beyond confused.

I used to have a very large toadstool in my system, with Duncans , torches and frogspawn without any issues. They were never touching tho . And I did run some carbon every few weeks.
