Toadstools polyps not opening

My toadstool polyps have looked like this for a while they never fully opened what do you guys think

and he has changed from a brownish colour to a more blue colour since I got it what type do you think it is thanks

Its polyps are out, it looks fine. Give it medium light and medium flow, and make sure there are some measurable amount of nitrate and phosphate, they like "dirty water"

Yeah it was leaning over Abit to the middle to try and get more light so I moved it higher in the tank and it’s got a good amount of flow now to

This is what it looked like closed up tonight I didn’t think it was In ther ther like really small brown dots like eggs does it look normal
