I'm new to R2R but not the hobby.
Fact is, I was making up batches of fresh saltwater over 25 years ago, lol. Got into the hobby when I lived in Bedford, TX after seeing my 1st NASO Tang in a 220 over in Ft Worth! I got bit right then and there.
Picked up a used 55 and went to work. Long story short, I ended up on the Mining Company saltwater website that eventually morphed into About.com. Wrote a lot of articles, DIY stuff and product/book reviews. Had a ball! The days of DLS, VHO, MH and wild live rock are way gone.
I just recently turned 60 and decided to start up another system or two. Way, way smaller in scope, my home won't allow for much more than a 75 gallon so I've opted for a 72 bow front. (I sneaked another 46 bow front into the garage for later on, lol)
So, I collecting hardware, reading up on "frags", LED's and all the other advancements since I went "feet-dry" years ago.
Nice to be here and looking forward to re-learning this wonderful hobby!
