55g. Only fish currently is a tomato clownfish who's been the only fish for about 2 years (before I was given the tank and him). I recently saw a Flame Hawkfish and was really taken with it. I know tomatoes tend to be aggressive, so I guess my question is.... is adding a Flame a bad idea? Will it just end up being very expensive food for the tomato? He doesn't seem to bother any of my inverts unless they get too close to his anemone and then he'll toss them across the tank.

Should be fine. I just would try to get a hawk thats bigger than her, shes a lone clown so female, which tend to be nasty! They dwell in different areas so the hawk should be fine with her

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
