I have an extremely fat Tomatoe Clown. Some have said maybe it’s constipated? I. Going to isolate it with a small quarantine and try a peeled frozen pea to see if that works...it has been this way for about 3weeks or so. First I thought it was pregnant...but it’s been too long. Any other ideas I would appreciate the info. Swims well, is the smaller one of 4. Help please

Can also add 1 tablespoon of plain USP epsom salts per 5 gallons of tank water. It acts like a laxative.

Clown fish don't get fat that way when pregnant, not a live bearer. Most likely internal parasite or digestive disorder. Try prazipro or other dewormer.
