Sal 1.027 probably bc of elevated Alk
Alk 10 Dialing in dosing pump want 9ish
Ca 500 Same want 450
Mg 1500 Not dosing want below 1400
Po4 .15-.20 lowering using PhoE @ 3-4 days
No3 20 dosing Neonitrate 5-10 ml daily want 25.
IMO there's nothing wrong with your current Nitrate and Phosphate levels.

Also, I don't think there's anything in these numbers that would be bothering the tomini.

Can you post a full tank shot so we can see the rockscape?

I think the Anthias and LM Blenny took his spot in the middle rock I guess that could be the reason. Why does everyone I show my tank think I should get more fish, isn't 11 enough?
There should be at least 1 preferably 2 places for every fish in the tank. I have 24 fish in one tank and they all disappear to their own hiding spot when the lights start to dim. Not having enough places for every fish can cause stress which can eventually lead to aggression, illness and even death.

And then there are clowns, of which mine just swim all night in the top left hand corner of my tank.

I have one clown and its my last. They can be interesting if they have a nem but otherwise are a pretty boring fish.
I'm down to one as well, one of the bonded pair died yesterday out of the blue. Found him balled up in my zoas... weird.

And yes, they are boring unless you get them to host something.

Probably stimming in the flow against the glass. It's bored. Bored is better than lunch so don't feel bad about it. I got a cleaner wrasse and some Molly's, gives the tang something to do.

He'd be hard to trap. Believe it or not I had a Foxface and a Sailfin had to get rid of them. We all get over ambitious in this hobby.

I think there are plenty places to hide
What we consider a hide and what a fish considers a hide are usually two different things entirely. Fish usually want to totally "disappear" into wherever they've hiding. The overhangs you have don't fully accomplish that, I would recommend adding at least one :denser" rock structure for some more security. That pacing does look pretty frantic which is in line with not having anywhere to truly feel comfortable.

Another example of what I think a decent scape for fish looks like. I have 24 fish and every one disappears when the lights start to dim down. Arches are great in architecture but not so much for making fish feel secure.

Just a quick vid so apologies dor the poor quality
