Tomini tang not eating

My tomini tang not touching the nori clip, and i doubt it hes eating any of my frozen food. What else i can try to get him going he peeks on rocks all day. Hes new to my tank 5 days old

rock picking is a good thing,got enough algae on rocks to sustain ? you can also try flake.
