Blow is a monti of some unknown type. The white spot looks bad. It's been in the tank for a week or so and the white spot is bigger since yesterday.

Too much light?

The tank is a 120g with 4x Lumia 5.2 (100 cree LEDs total. I have been ramping them up <1% per day from 30% on the blue channel and half that on the other 4 channels. It's about 9" below the surface and a foot below the light itself. It was quarantined for 45 days and dipped in coral RX and bayer before QT.

A bunch of other frags from the same QT seem fine.

It's hard to comment on the lighting without par readings. If you suspect too much light then move it to the bottom of the tank and/or partially into the shade

I cant really see the white spot well, but is the white spot located more to the edges?? If yes, you might actually be dealing with monti eating nudis.

Also can’t really rule out rtn. I have had montis rtn upon introduction to the display but recover.

Possibilities:
Too much or too little of light
Alk high
Ca low
Salinity high
Too much water flow
Pests such as red bugs
High phosphate

some things to check
They do well with moderate light and water flow
