Topic "permission to access this page."

Ok 3rd time in the last month I wanted to post up on selling and or trading coral.
Keep getting this message:
"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

DOSE ANYONE CARE TO EXPLAIN RATHER ME EMAILING ANOTHER EMAIL OUT AGAIN.

You have to have been a member for a certain amount of time to use the buy/sell threads. Not sure how long but maybe 90 days.
