could you post a picture under white lights? Also, the size,age, and parameters of aquarium really help people diagnose issues.

what’s the issue? looks fine. if you just did a water change there’s a possibility it closed up a little from the movement but yeah, looks healthy to me

Was it further extended before the water change? Eventually recovers? Did you match alkalinity?

What’s it look like before the water change? It looks like a normal green torch. Is it supposed to be green?
