Why is one perfect flow and looking good and the other look ticked. Parameters are good flow is good. Nothing has bumped it or anything

Normal. My torches take turns doing that a few times a week. Just a feeding response.

As a matter of fact, a coral being able to retract its polyps means it’s healthy!
