My torch has been in the tank for 2 months but just the past few days the base has become very bloated at the base of the tentacles. Is this normal or something wrong?

Ammonia 0ppm
Nitrates 2
Nitrites 0
Phosphate .5
Magnesium 1560
Calcium 500
Alk 12.9
