Torch coral closed

I got a torch and had him at the bottom of the tank. I have a 20 gal DT with a hob fudge. Move him to a live rock about half way up and now he is closed up. Issue or just give it time. Parameters:
Salt 1.026
Amonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
PH 8.2
Cal 520
All 8.5

Lighting Ortiz 40% for 8 hours and 100% blue for about 12 hours

From the pictures I see no tissue and just the skeleton

Sorry but at this point it’s pretty much a goner, a lot of skeleton showing and really no flesh. I lost a torch to flatworms a couple years back, had no idea why it started receding when all other corals were doing great. On the advice of a fellow reefer here I gave it an iodine dip and sure enough a few flatworms came out, they were eating it away although it still had quite a bit of flesh left unlike yours it still didn’t make it. Could be a lot of reasons including light, water params, flow, etc. I’m assuming that didn’t happen overnight, next time post up on here sooner and maybe some of the real pros can give you some good advice to try and save a dying coral. No one is immune to a coral withering away it happens, if someone thinks it can be saved take there advice if not remove it from the tank.

I dont see any tentacles in the retracted head, are there any there?
