Torch coral help

My torch coral is losing some of tentacles and mouth is wider than before what can I do about this? It has been in my tank for about a month

Unfortunately it has receeded past the flesh band. Not looking good.
You can try and dip it and then see if antibiotics will help.

What are your tank parameters?

Not a lost cause yet, but definitely needs some help.
