Your alk is somewhat high and with no nitrates euphyllia starve to death
Nitrates being 0 will do it, they need the nutrients.
Correct. You should see my Torch when I clean the tank...it goes bananas and opens up to its fullest when tank is cloudy and dirty... they want all the nitrates!!

picture of you tank will help. How old is your tank? Torch is one of the more difficult corals, do you have any experience keeping corals, any other corals in your tank?

Tank is about 12 years old, i bought it off someone a few months ago. Got a bunch of algea but im using a toothbrush, hermits, snails, and copepods to clear it up. Point being you cant see anything. I do not have much experience with corals. I did stay up till 2am for many weeks simply researching everything. I have other corals though yes. Ricordea mushroom, 3 anemones, hammers, favia, gsp, and about to get a zoa and the torch.

You should probably get a cheap torch that you won't mind dying if the changes don't solve the problem. It'll be easy on the heart. I agree with getting a phosphate test kit. It'll give you more information. How often are you testing? Are you dosing anything?

Low phos even worse than low nitrate. Also feed them sometimes. A little mysis or reef roids benefits alot

I don’t agree with the alk being high. The nitrates being 0 is definitely a no-no however.
When you have low nutrients, the alk is considered high. When you have good nutrients levels you can run alk higher like the 10 to 11 range with good results but if you run it that high with low nutrients corals will decline.
