Hello I recently bought this torch from a local lfs. They got it in a good while back and it got brown jelly disease. I think that's what it's called... You can see it had quite a few heads and 2 are left. Anyway I'm a sucker for cheap deals so I bought it. Could someone I'd it please and any suggestions for care it doesn't extend very much... Will it just take time or its damaged to an extent that it never will? The coloring is very nice. Thanks

It’s Euphyllia Cristata (grape coral) not a torch. I had a colony that I lost a few months back to BJD due to injury. Mine did well for a year under gentle turbulent flow and moderate lighting. I found cristata to be slow grower and more delicate than other euphyllias. Good luck I hope it does well for you!
