No, it's blue. That's all I see.

Do you have any orange cellophane? I believe this works the same way as an orange filter if you don’t have one.
But I thought it was Tim? Or is that his brother? That's Jim.
You're right, Tim is his brother. But I thought it was Tim? Or is that his brother?
Is it maybe a JF Hellfire that you’re thinking of?Sorry OP. Seriously, I have seen similar from Jason Fox. Not sure of the designer name, but my son had one that grew huge.
If you are able to provide a picture with less heavy blue lighting, it will be much easier to guess
Even though it has purple tips in white light and blue in blue light? I wasn’t able to find candy floss online but I have owned a cotton candy and this one just looks differentWith the white light it looks like it could be a Candyfloss torch coral. It’s hard to know how bright the green is through photos though.
I would only call it a Todd’s torch if the sole of the tentacles were like more than 6”. I have one similar to OPs and while it doesn’t typically carry a name since it’s probably not a one of a kind collected piece, it’s still a nice piece and grows fast for me. Under good flow and high light, it’s just as bright as the holy grail but no orange.Todd’s torch
I meant cotton candy, I mix the two up as candy floss is what we call cotton candy over here.Even though it has purple tips in white light and blue in blue light? I wasn’t able to find candy floss online but I have owned a cotton candy and this one just looks different
