Got this torch from a guy today, practically free, that being said he couldn’t ID it. Has yellow with blue tips. Seemed to be not getting enough light?

It looks like one of the many torches which import in under “mint tip indo gold”, I would leave it to settle a bit more to see if it’s colours come out more
