Picked this torch frag up at my LFS last week , any ideas on what it could be ? They had no clue

Pretty sure that’s not a torch. Looks more like octospawn or hammer.

Looks like a euphyllia cristata to me. But who knows, cool piece regardless of what its called
not a cristata; note the green/purple coloration and "splatter" patterning, which is more of a Fimbriaphyllia thing. Also the septa are not exsert.

Definitely Fimbriaphyllia sp, not torch (Euphyllia), likely frammer
