Torch mouth open and doesn't seem to be doing well

I got this frag from local reefer about 6 days ago. It is in a quarantine tank that has been set up with new mixed saltwater and filter from established tank. Any thoughts on what's going on here?

How is the flow, seeing the polyps drooping down like that makes me think it is not getting any flow.

Not much flow. I can add more flow and see what happens. I was worried that flow might stress it out more
