Looks like a torch and no it doesn’t look normal. Good news is it has a good flesh band that doesn’t appear to be receding.

When I got it the one head was small like that I've had it for about a month or a little over not much change on the extension I'm wondering if I should move it into more water flow right now I would say it's light flow

Needs polyps extended.

I have both torch hammers, and frammers... a frogspawn hammer hybrid.
And when retracted, the all almost look the same.

So if I move it to higher flow it's go to be higher light as well

depends on how much flow your talking about.
If the flow is too strong and its receeded like that, you can tear off its flesh from the skeleton, and that would be the end of it.

Ya, moderate random flow is best. My torches get a little more than my frogspawn and hammers.

Well I moved it higher up on my rock work with more flow and it seems to be in the same state would you give it a couple days to adjust or lower it? Everything in the tank in the tank is good I think I may try and feed it some mysis and see if that helps Also my lights are 2 Nicrew 100s so hope those aren't too strong for it either

Euphyllia can take about a few days to settle into a new location.

Just keep an eye on it, and make sure its not losing any tissue.
