I just purchased a torch coral this last weekend and it has a barnacle right in the middle. I just seen it come out when I fed reef roids. The torch has been a little hesitant with extending but has a little. Is it possible that the barnacle making it not fully extend?

Its possible. I've had my share of barnacles/feather tube worms on many Euphyllia and no issues. If its concern maybe glue it shut.
