I got the green one in the back and the middle one on the same day. Obviously the middle is not happy about something. It came out a little bit but wont fully extend. Worth another dip?

Parameters are perfect, flow is good.

Flow is not good. The green one is being blown to only one side and the tissue is likely to be damaged. I suspect the retracted heads were also in high, one-directional flow and closed to protect themselves.

Also, universal "perfect" parameters don't exist. Please list your levels.

How long has it been in the tank for? Might just need time.
Also the flow may be too high for it if its used to low flow, so you could try putting it down onto the sand just to see how it goes?

I just found it interesting that the purple is fine. The green and the middle were added 4 days ago, green opened within the first 20min and still looks good. Middle not so much. I adjusted the flow to be more random so swaying back and fourth and decreased power.
