Torch up and down

So I have a nice torch coral that is happy as pie 95% of the time. However, over the past week it has had a day and now two where it's not happy. Usually comes right back the next day but don't know if this is a sign of normal behavior or of impending doom. It did this a week or so ago and bounced right back. I have another one in the other side if the tank and it's been fine the whole time.

So yes, phosphates and nitrates have gone to 0 in my tank. I have halted all reactor running and have started to feed a bit more. Did not think i would have zero nutrients this fast with the load i have and the feeding i do. Other than feeding a bit more any other options for getting a little bit of nutrient in the tank?

Oh, and i do target feed corals once a week. Mixture of reef chili, reef roids and rottifers. I feed the duncans, trumpet, blastos and ricordia and then carpet bomb thw remainder to the tank. Should i do this more often?

Parameters are stable.
ALK 8.2 to 8.5 over the week.
Ammonia 0
Nitrates 0
Phosphates 0

That torch coral is fine, that's what the naturally do, and with feeding your corals you're doing great, it's just you need to feed your Duncan 2 to 3 times a week for best health, the others will do great. Happy reefing!

Well, you may just be right. Two days later and now he appears to be ok. Maybe it's a female and her "visitor" was over for a visit. Lol.
