Torches look weird in new build...

I have 4 or 5 torches in couple month old tank and the last couple days they have started look look short and stubby. Pic below. Have not seen this from a torch before. Any idea what I should be looking for?

Could you list your parameters? Without them I would probably guess it’s your flow or lights. You want moderate par and moderate random flow. Either of these being to low or to high could cause polyp retraction.

Here is a video with parameters. Torches are at like 225 par and that has not changed recently.

Tank is Red Sea Reefer Max S G2+ 700. Lights are 2 AI Blades and 2 XR 30's.

Tank is going through normal ugly stage. Not terrible, but not great. Everything else in the tank seems great. Acros are doing super well for such a young tank. Tons of pods all over the place. Hammers are good. Gonis are a little buttoned up but not bad.
