Total eclipse of the sun

99% here. I have having a "Safety" pizza party for my department at 12:30 so we can go out and watch the peak coverage.

100% in the path here... looking forward to it today! I'm in Clarksville, TN. NASA is even here at the little university we have (Austin Pray State University) and will be transmitting to Times Square in NY. There are people here from all over the US who came just to see this eclipse, lol. And yes, I have my special glasses!

Think ours is like 63% here in so cal.
My work got glasses for everyone and brought in themed snacks. Moon pies, alien jerky, milky ways etc.

70% here. Got my H-Alpha telescope out and lots of glasses. I find it funny reading about all the shortages of glasses as we've known about this for so long and it was actually in the news a lot. Still had my glasses from the 2014 partial.

80% here in eastern nc. I'll be taking a break from work to stare at it a bit. With my glasses of course!

Here is a great link to Nasa live stream link
@Flippers4pups nice that you are in the path, we are at 85% and I am traveling to the front yard to view :D:D

75.5% in Fort Worth, TX, glasses at the ready and off work today.

Looking forward to the April 8, 2024 total eclipse, we will be in the path of totality for that one!

100% here. No glasses. I don't think we had them in 79 for the last one. We'll take a late lunch and just close our eyes for that 3 minutes. I'm sure someone will film it and put it on facetube or twitgram.
