Is it normal for a trachy to shrivel up like this? It only really expands at night. All my parameters are good and I have many other lps corals and there all doing great in my 150 mixed reef. I’ve been feeding it every couple of days it has a strong feeding response.

Does not look bad. Assure you meet the following:
-Moderate light and water flow. Light seems a tad bright
-Sandbed- although a good location, I always place mine on a flat rock as when directly on sand, the sand can get o the coral and irritate it.
- Temp 77-79
salinity 1.025
ph 8.1-8.3
nitrate < .04
phosphate < .04
alk 8-9

Thank you for the advice that’s a good idea about the flat rock. That’s actually not the lighting I use only did that for the pic(I know the blues look terrible on camera. My numbers are only off a little on the phosphate-.1 and a little high on the magnesium 1431
