Treating Bacterial Infection in display

I Have a new Copperband Butterfly that has been in the display for about a week now. I think my tang scratched him into a rock and it is starting to look like a bacterial infection.

It is super healthy and eats everything I put in the tank otherwise.

I Can't find anything online for treating a bacterial infection in a display tank with corals. Does anyone know of any successful methods? What are the odds of survival with no treatment?

QT is not an option. Ill post a picture this afternoon

Well got home to find the fish dead. That did not take long at all.

I'd love to get another one but now concerned with having this happen again
