If you wish to continue with the copper treatment, you can. I figured I would offer another option for you.
Meredith...since I started with copper, I think I will continue...I listened to the R2R vet.blog...Chucky lost his spot almost immediately so I'm planning to follow the vets suggestion and keep up .35ppm cu. for fourteen days from the beginning...if nothing new comes out, he says that that level will prevent any new spores from landing on him and they can only stay on the fish maximum 12 days...I would like to hear your opinion of this plan and I appreciate your help...if all goes well...into the DT and hope that he can handle himself with the spot tail blennie and yellow tail damsel...some say he can...Thanks again...Ken

It's a good plan. No harm in being cautious. :)
