Hi everyone, I just programed my apex/trident using this code I found on R2R (https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/calcium-reactor-control-by-neptune-trident.660576/). Now that it is programed, do I have to worry about the effluent flow rate from my calcium reactor, or can I have it coming out in a stream? As of right now, I have an issue with low alk (8 +/- .2) and pH (7.75 +/- .2). I just ordered some Kent Marine super buffer DKH, so I'm hoping that will take care of my low pH issue.

My goal is to get my alk to 9.0 (+/- .2) and pH to 8.3 (+/- .2).

Are these Alk and Ph readings from the Apex? I have been checking our Apex readings against other test equipment and so far, they are different than the Apex: such as our Apex reading for Ph says 8.1 but two other test equipment shows 8.2-8.3.
