I'm trying to calibrate my Trident and I continuously get Test A fail error. I am only getting this error when I try to calibrate. I can test ALK by itself and test all 3 all tests complete. I just can not calibrate. I have restarted the Trident multiple times without fixing the issue. Has anyone ran in to this issue before? Any advice on how to correct this?

I will be filing a support claim but I know I probably wont get a response until Monday

When you calibrate make sure the liquid container you are pulling from is at the same height level it normally sits at in the tank/sump. Can do this with a bucket or something.

Also make sure there’s no kinks in the reagent, sample, and waste lines.

LMK if none of those work

Following as I’m getting test a and c errors but only when I try to calibrate. Sent pictures to Carlos and he is recommending to clean the cuvette (which does look dirty) and says this should help.
