Hi, to answer your question i do have 2 Tridents on hand and both units working perfectly to me. I found that the first unit very useful for me to keep my tank parameters in check and dosing consistent. If it not working good i wouln't have bought a second unit for my new built. Also the Trident just got SOLD 2 days ago. You asked why i'm selling it ? Reason is house need to redo plumping water line for new tank setup and it unfortune it have to go through my current system which is i run independently and each system have their own Trident machine. With that been said i have to take down 1 of my system for plumping and i do not know the EST when the tank will have it backup again after plumping is done.
