Trident initial setup task not working

Anyone know how to fix this. I just got my trident back from Neptune and have to reinstall my Trident. I read if you shutdown using task in Fusion you have to reinstall with the initial setup. My issue is when I open the initial setup in my tasks nothing happens. All I see is a load screen. Any help would be appreciated Thanks.
I hear the video but nothing shows.

Got this response from Russ on Neptune forum. It worked for me

This is an issue with the app which has been fixed in a soon to be released new version.

Use a web browser on your phone, tablet, or computer to sign into https://apexfusion.com and you’ll be able to run the Task.
