My Trident is not pulling water. I am good with the mechanical side of things, not so much the computer side.

I have taken it apart. I flushed the intake line and think that was the likely culprit. I also removed all of the lines going through the pinch valves, massaged them and flushed them and ressembled. I then flushed the waste water line.

All of the lines are clear.

I am still getting a no water sample indicator on the unit and in fusion. The Trident's perastalic pump has made noise like it is initializing, but the water chamber on the unit has not filled with water and light on the Trident is red.

Is there something else I could/should be doing?

I’m in the same boat. Won’t prime the sample.
I notice it’ll dump the reagents into the waste container when they prime.
I’ve done the same as you clearing the lines, I also made sure the trident is above the water line in the sump. No bueno.
It’s weird

Did you ever figure out what the issue was. I’ve been using mine for a year and this is happening. Granted the water intake was out when I woke up this morning. But I primed it 5 times and no luck.

I can't say what your exact issue is, but if you have been using it for a year you might want to invest in the maintenance kit. It replaces pretty much everything except the motors and main circuit board. That might fix your issues.
