Howdy all! So I have a Trident that I've ran for well over a year. ZERO issues. Suddenly I started getting a "No Sample" error. Found the blockage in a line connector and fixed it. It ran fine again for a few weeks, then I started getting "Test B Fail". Sample line, Tests A, B, C all fully prime. Waste line flows freely. I've done the following:

Completely disassembled, cleaned all lines, and checked each for leaks.

Removed and checked each pinch valve.

Reset, deleted, reinstalled, and updated.

Replaced all reagents with fresh unexpired bottles.

Ran calibration. (I get the same failure during calibration and manual test)

I'm honestly out of ideas. Anyone else ran into this issue and found a fix that doesn't involve the above?

On a side note. This all started curiously around the time I did an update...

Have you tried cleaning the cuvette? I clean mine once a year. Also make sure the photo eye lines up with the hole in the mounting bracket and has a clear path to the sensor. It can shift and get blocked when disassembling the Trident.

I’m in the same boat as you. Just setup my Trident (NIB but was sitting NIB for a couple years). Works fine for alk but fails on Test B. Disassembled the whole thing, flushed every line with RODI, all lines prime properly, all pinch valves are working appropriately, but still fails on Test B. I took the cover off and watched. It’ll still fill and do everything for the Ca/Mg portion. It just fails to provide a reading.
