Oh, I’d ask for a timeline upfront as they haven’t always had units available for the advanced ship option (where they send one out before you send in yours).

Dont they always have you send yours second? Mine sent with a box and a label for the return of my old one.

The sell a diy kit option , a repair your unit option, and an advance replacement option. It’s worth (for me anyway) the extra cheddar for the advanced replacement. But, like I said….,they haven’t always had units ready to ship in the past.

The diy kit isn’t too difficult (I can do it and I can’t see for s**+!). It doesn’t come with a manifold though if you happen to break yours trying to clean it…..I’ve never done that! Ha. You also don’t get the extra 6month warranty or reagent.

This happened to me, although it was only about 2 weeks before they sent me the email that they were shipping me a new one.

I got mine yesterday and shipped it back today.

Was a week from submitting to arriving at my door.

I did the same thing just a week ago. They have been closed for inventory but hoping my replacement ships this coming week.
